From Mr. D's personal collection: Dav1-Dav31(photographer
unknown) were taken June 1979, with the demise of the roller coaster in the
filming of Death of Ocean View Park.
Dav33-Dav36 are just a few of Mr. D's remarkable historic photos, many of which can be
seen on his barber shop walls; D32 is Duffy's Garage, D36 is where Beachtowne Shoppes are
now, but the original structure housed Virginia Realty
when Red Thornton's father operated from there. . . |
