Incidentally, concerning the Hampton Roads Yacht Club (top row 4th) --it was originally built in1902 until a larger club was completed 1903, when the old one became a boathouse. It burned completely in 1913 and was located in Willoughby Spit. Further, Cottage Line is that area, a few blocks past Chesapeake Street (before Capeview)-- Red Thornton this past decade, developed in that area, a section which still carries the name.
