It is operated by the Norfolk Port Authority... site of the famous Azalea Gardens which draws thousands of visitors from all over the country each year." July 2002-- saw such progress in the new terminal, improvements in the existing; with Freemason Abbey, Beach Bully, A&W Rootbeer; pedestrian conveyor to parking. Stunning.
